This notice describes the intended data handling for the Bits Blend marketing website. It must receive legal approval before the live callback feature is enabled.
Information you provide
When you contact Bits Blend, we may receive your name, business email, phone number, company name, and the message you choose to send. When the callback experience is enabled, we also receive the phone number submitted for that one-time demonstration.
How it is used
We use submitted information to respond to your request, provide the requested demonstration, protect the service from abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the website. We do not sell submitted contact information.
Voice demonstrations
The production callback feature remains disabled until its recording, transcription, retention, provider, and consent terms are approved. Before activation, this notice must be updated to state exactly how demonstration-call data is processed.
Service providers
The site is self-hosted. Email delivery and the voice callback may involve infrastructure providers acting on Bits Blend’s instructions. Their approved identities and processing terms must be documented before the corresponding production feature is enabled.
Retention and your choices
Contact details should be retained only as long as needed to respond and manage the resulting business relationship. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by contacting Bits Blend.
